Account and registration

Visit the barengjp login screen and select "Forgot password?". Enter the email address or username associated with your account. We send a password-reset link to your email within two minutes. Click that link, set a new password (minimum 8 characters, at least one letter and one number), and confirm. Your new password takes effect immediately. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team, available in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and other regions. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you may be asked to verify via SMS or authenticator app before the reset link is sent.

We require two documents: a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental contract) issued within the last six months. Photos must be legible and show the full document. Upload both via your account settings under "KYC Verification". Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours and notifies you by email of approval or any requested clarification. KYC is mandatory before you withdraw funds. Your username is permanent and cannot be changed after account creation. Password resets and account recovery notifications continue to use your most recent email address.

Payments and transactions

From your barengjp account, select Deposit and choose mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Enter the amount in IDR and confirm. The system generates a payment request; you authenticate and authorize the payment within your e-wallet app (mobile banking app, local payment app, or online payment app). Once authorized, you are returned to barengjp and your balance updates within seconds. E-wallet deposits settle instantly with no processing fees. If you are in a region with unstable internet (like parts of Medan), the payment may take up to five minutes to confirm. If your deposit does not appear after ten minutes, check your e-wallet transaction history for the reference number and contact our support team with that reference.

We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may charge a small transaction fee depending on their terms; that cost is set by them, not barengjp. When you withdraw to a bank account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the receiving bank may also charge a transfer fee. We always show the net amount you receive before you confirm the withdrawal, so there are no surprises. If you withdraw during a public holiday (such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha), the transfer may take up to two business days to appear in your bank account.

Minimum deposit is our welcome offer. Maximum single deposit is our welcome offer per transaction. If you deposit via e-wallet (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking), your e-wallet provider may set lower limits. If you deposit via bank transfer or local payment, your bank may enforce its own limits. Withdrawal to a bank account (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically arrives within one to four business hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 Indonesia time). If you withdraw outside banking hours or on a weekend, the transfer queues until the next business day. Withdrawals on public holidays (such as Idul Adha or Imlek) are processed on the next business day. Before processing your withdrawal, we verify that your account balance is not part of an ongoing review or dispute. If verification takes longer than four hours, we send you an update email.

Yes. You may withdraw to any bank account in your name (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or other Indonesian banks). When you request a withdrawal, enter the account number, bank name, and account holder name. We verify that the account holder name matches your registered name on barengjp. If there is a mismatch, the withdrawal is held for review. You may also withdraw to an e-wallet (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) linked to your mobile number. We do not permit withdrawals to accounts in other people's names.

Games and markets
